SCAN BODIES & DIGITAL ANALOGS

The scanbodies are suitable for chairside and labside use in the scanner. All scanbodies are made of titanium thus ensuring much higher precision and durability. The scanbody has a special non-reflective surface treatment. This means that no scan spray or powder is required and it is ideal for reprocessing and thus suitable for multiple use.

B6Pro^® digital analogs allow a click-retention in the 3D printed master model, and the analog can be additionally fixed in the model with a basal screw for maximum predictability and precision.

TI-BASE ABUTMENTS

B6Pro^® Titanium bases CAD/CAM are the first choice for customized, implant-supported dentures. They act as a bonding base for crown and bridge restorations made from suitable materials using CAD/CAM techniques.

The new titanium base CAD/CAM free enables the fabrication of prosthetic constructions with an angled screw channel. It is suitable for the fabrication of screw-retained single crowns or hybrid abutments. Different chimney and gingiva heights as well as variants with Platform Switching (PS) offer you maximum flexibility.

PRE-MILL ABUTMENTS

You are on the safe side with our Pre-mill Abutments. Whilst the diameters of 12 and 16 millimetres ensure the necessary variability, a uniform length guarantees the precise definition of the zero point. Incidentally we always supply your Pre-mill Abutments complete with a abutment screw! To provide the widest possible variability of materials, the Pre-Mill Abutments are available in Titanium Grade 5.
